Even though Verizon has their firmware on the phones so you can’t use them elsewhere. Review TextFor years I had issues with old POTS lines which caused my business phone lines to go down. When it rained the old POTS lines got wet and caused my system to go down. Very frustrating to say the least. I needed a solution and John and I spoke about using a hosted system. Needless to say we are 4 months into the new system I have not had one issue. Even when it rained we have no issues. A hosted system is the way to go. In addition John is always available when I call him. He has made my system reliable once again. Thank you John.
