These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages sent by or on behalf of TeleData Services LLC (“TeleData,” “TDS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
SMS Program Description
TeleData may send text messages for purposes including:
- Customer service
- Customer-requested assistance
- Account notifications
- Service notifications
- Appointment reminders
- Installation coordination
- Support-ticket updates
- Billing or account communications
- Security-related notices
- Promotional or marketing communications when separately authorized
The specific types of messages you receive depend on how you interact with TeleData and what you have consented to receive.
Consent to Receive Messages
By affirmatively opting in to a TeleData SMS program, you authorize TeleData to send text messages to the mobile telephone number you provided for the purposes disclosed when you enrolled.
Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from TeleData.
Providing a telephone number to TeleData does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies.
The number of messages you receive may depend on:
- Your account activity
- Your support requests
- Appointment activity
- Installation activity
- Service events
- Your interaction with TeleData
- The messaging program for which you enrolled
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and service plan.
TeleData does not determine or control charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
Opt Out
You may opt out of the applicable SMS program at any time by replying STOP.
After receiving your STOP request, TeleData may send a single confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
No additional messages from that program will be sent unless you subsequently provide consent again or another legally permitted communication applies.
Re-Enroll
Where supported, you may re-enroll by replying JOIN or by completing another approved TeleData opt-in process.

Supported Carriers
Text-message delivery depends on wireless carriers and telecommunications networks.
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
TeleData cannot guarantee that every SMS message will be delivered.
Telephone Number Changes
You are responsible for providing an accurate mobile telephone number.
If your telephone number changes or is reassigned, please notify TeleData so that messaging records can be updated.
Marketing Messages
Where TeleData offers promotional SMS messages, marketing consent will be obtained through an appropriate opt-in.
Marketing messages may include information concerning TeleData products, services, promotions, offers, or business technology solutions.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Privacy
Your participation in the TeleData SMS program is governed by our Privacy Policy:

TeleData does not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information with unrelated third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes
TeleData may update these SMS Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
