TDS does not hold a state or cooperative contract vehicle. We respond to RFPs, RFQs and bids, and we fulfil discretionary purchases under your agency’s threshold. Either way the paperwork is complete and on time.

Written responses with scope, pricing, references and certification copies in the format your solicitation asks for. Site walk-throughs before the bid, not after the award.
Discretionary purchases
For work under your discretionary threshold, a written quote with itemized equipment, labor and recurring costs, and MWBE documentation for your file.
Delivery and documentation
Insurance certificates, prevailing wage compliance where it applies, test results on every cable run, as-built drawings and training for your staff at hand-over.

Before you issue the solicitation
Do you hold a state or cooperative contract?
No. TDS sells through your agency’s standard RFP, RFQ and bid process, and through discretionary purchases under your threshold.
Does your MBE certification count toward our MWBE goals?
TDS is certified by Empire State Development (New York State MBE) and by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Whether it counts for a given purchase depends on the funding source and your agency’s program; we provide the certificates so your compliance officer can confirm.
Can you provide references?
Customer references are available on request with a proposal. We do not list customers on the website.
Is your camera equipment NDAA compliant?
Yes. TDS installs NDAA Section 889 compliant cameras, recorders and network gear for public and commercial sites.
Who supports the system after installation?
The TDS team in Hauppauge. Maintenance agreements with guaranteed response times are available for every system we install.
